Our 3D printed products are made from a variety of materials, including PLA (polylactide), ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene), PETG (polyethylene terephthalate glycol), and specialized resins. PETG offers a good balance between flexibility and strength, and our resins allow for highly detailed prints for finer products.

We mainly use two types of 3D printing technologies: Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) and Stereolithography (SLA). FDM is the most common 3D printing technique that involves melting thermoplastic filaments and applying them layer by layer to create an object. This method is ideal for sturdy, functional parts. SLA, on the other hand, uses a UV laser that is projected into a basin of liquid resin to create highly detailed and smooth surfaces, making it ideal for fine, detailed objects such as jewelry or miniatures.

To place an order, simply select the items you want from our range and add them to your shopping cart. Once you’ve made your selection, proceed to checkout, enter your delivery and payment information, and confirm your order. We offer a 30-day return period from the date of delivery for most of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within this period. Please note that personalised or custom-made items are non-returnable. The returned items must be in their original condition and must not show any signs of use.

Pack the items securely and send them back to the address we provided. Please include a copy of your invoice or delivery note to ensure quick processing. The cost of the return, unless otherwise specified, is the responsibility of the customer.

The cleaning and maintenance of 3D printed items depends on the material used. For objects made of PLA and ABS, we recommend cleaning with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using hard brushes or abrasives, as they can damage the surface. Use mild detergents if necessary and avoid prolonged contact with water, especially with PLA, as it is biodegradable and can be sensitive to moisture. Resin-based objects should be gently cleaned with a soft cloth to avoid scratching.

Yes, there are some important pointers for handling 3D printed products:

• Avoid exposing 3D printed objects to direct sunlight or high temperatures, as this can cause deformation or color changes.
• Be especially careful when handling finely detailed or thin parts, as they can be delicate and prone to breakage.
• For products that are intended to come into contact with food, make sure that the material used is suitable for this. Not all 3D printing materials are food safe.
• For storage, we recommend storing the products in a dry, cool place to ensure optimal shelf life.

Yes, we offer personalized and customized 3D prints. Customers have the opportunity to customize selected products to their liking, whether through engraving, color selection, or by creating a completely customized design. Our 3D printing technology allows us to create unique and personalized products that are perfectly tailored to the wishes of our customers.

The production time for a custom-made product varies depending on the complexity of the project and the current workload of our production. As a rule, the production of a custom 3D print can take anywhere from a few days to several weeks. We will keep you informed of the progress throughout the process and strive to complete your order as soon as possible.
